CONS: The front office called me multiple times asking for private/personal information I had already provided, packages were lost and then mysteriously found again in the front office, we were over charged for parking and were accused of lying about it (even though the payment ledger proved we were right), it took an additional 2 months to have referral credits enacted (referrals which I now completely regret), a friend who lived in the complex was without AC for months and had to pay for use of an additional electric AC unit which increased her power costs for months, our garbage disposal broke upwards of 6 times, when we moved in the apartment was dirty and there were dead bugs in the shower, along with things left behind by previous tenants, the front desk rarely answers the phone when we called, we had a hole cut in our wall to see if the pipes from our apartment were leaking and it wasn't fixed for months despite maintenance requests being placed.
