I signed up with bluprint, they have sold it off, transferred all our details and payment details under the name craftsy onto a terrible website making it near impossible to simply remove your card details and cancel. Why Ripoff Report will not release author information! The president saw my claim and re-reviewed it and helped me with my case by sending a new motor with a warranty. My review would be a one star but I was able to save my class videos and instruction resources, (grudgingly).After getting an email from a totally different crafting source outside Bluprint I spent hours figuring out the ins and outs of saving my 12 classes. I than contacted blueprint told them the situation, sent photos, and did everything as requested they told ms to pull the motor. And any mechanic knows to get to the heads and the other motor internals you must remove the intake manifold and the seal wasn't broken. I noticed today that 4 more monthly payments have been taken from my card under “craftsy” when we were informed in May the closure and that membership and payments would cease. I’ve reached out for help 5 times. The search engine is a waste of time and when you do find something you are interesting in, it ends up at an advert and not at a class. I have been ripped off.
